What is included, and how much is monitoring?
Our standard wired S7, S5 and S5 Plus packages include the device and professional installation. Monitoring is separate at £10.99/month. Choose monthly payments or a prepaid option on the product page. With monthly monitoring, the first month is paid at checkout and subsequent payments are set up separately.

Choose the category your insurer requires
S7 provides tracking and recovery support. S5 adds driver recognition. Our S5 Plus packages add immobilisation to S5 tracking. If your policy asks for S5, S7 is not a substitute. Confirm the exact device and fitting arrangement your insurer accepts.

Fitting at home or work
We arrange mobile installation through our UK fitting network. Give us your postcode, vehicle details and three preferred dates so the team can confirm the appointment and access requirements. Preferred dates are requests until the booking is agreed.

What happens after checkout?
Keep your confirmation handy and follow the delivery and booking instructions. For fitted systems, the team coordinates installation and activation. Your digital certificate is issued immediately once installation and commissioning are complete. Check the certificate details and send it to your insurer if requested.

S5 driver recognition and S5 Plus start protection
Automatic Driver Recognition checks for an authorised driver tag and supports unauthorised-use alerts. It does not itself prevent an engine start. Our standard S5 Plus adds tag-operated No Tag, No Start; the dedicated EV/hybrid package uses a PIN entered with vehicle buttons. Check the exact product specification and vehicle compatibility.

S5 Plus is our description of an enhanced S5 package, not a separate Thatcham certification category.
